Moda International, Brown, silk and lace dress, Size 8 but runs small

Moda International, Brown, silk and overly lace dress, Size 8 but runs small. 37" height shoulder to hem. Guess this would be vintage, but only worn twice and looks new. See button detail! I would not purchase if you are a size 8 and honestly this fits more like a size 4. Have kept for a long time, but now I think it would look better on a younger person. This is a special dress. Understand I am not accepting lower offers. Thank you.
