taylorculp2015 @ns5191016 my bust all the way around is 35 inches and my waist all the way around ( relaxed) is 28 inches . It fits almost perfectly on me so I would say yes . I personally would prefer it to be a little more snug around my waist 🤷‍♀️I hope this helps ❤
