Moda International VS asymmetrical ruched dress XS

Gorgeous blue bodycon sweater dress from Victoria’s Secret with asymmetrical ruching on one side of neck and down each side of bodice. 100% cotton, so comfy and lightweight with plenty of stretch! There is elastic ruching at the inside wrists of sleeves as well. Minor pilling under the arms on the sides and a small wavy spot from stretch at the hem are the only flaws I found (see photos). I’m 5’2” and hiked the dress up in these photos for a shorter fit but it’s knee length if pulled down a bit.
