Moda international black wrap dress- size S. Belt is attached - belt wraps around entire dress to make the dress “close”. Super comfortable, worn a few times - in excellent shape looks brand new. It takes a little bit to figure out how to make the belt work and wrap correctly to fit your individual body and how you’d like to wear it (belt tie in the middle or on side of the front etc) see pictures.
