Reposh. I bought this on a whim because i think it is so beautiful, but am now realizing that as a SAHM I don't have anywhere to wear it :( Black with white polka dots, lace waist with cream bow belt. Back zipper. Small slit in back. Tag says 4, but I am typically a 0-2 and it fits me great, and original posher said it stretched to fit her slightly larger. Excellent condition! Tag brand is Paper Dolls.

@caaamilla it doesn't say on the tag or the belt itself what the actual material is, but it is the leather-like feel.
