Beautiful, NWT shirt dress. The brand is Circus, bought from Modcloth. UK 12/US 8. Black background with red & white flowers. 97% cotton, 3% lycra (I would describe the feel as heavy jersey). Fitted waist with somewhat full skirt, 1950s styling. Elbow-length notched sleeves. Please see photos for measurements. Happy to answer any questions.
