Modcloth | Fervor Navy Floral shirt Dress Size M | NWOT

This is a one of a kind statement piece for Modcloth brand new size medium without tags. It's lightweight and very fun! I have too many clothes for my small apartment, and am trying to clear my closet. Because of this, all items have been in storage and may need an iron. Also, I have a smoke free home as I'm allergic, but I do have cats. So if you are allergic, please be wary. I do use packaging from other companies, as I don't want it ending up in landfills. The packaging is usually from Anthropolgie, and is always clean. Please let me know if this is an issue.
