This used to be my favorite dress! I wore it to the office and plenty of concerts. I met Nina Diaz, Brian Viglione and Olya Sonica wearing this dress. I bought it secondhand, so it didn't come with a belt, although the belt loops are intact. It has some discoloration inside the armpits of the dress that is not visible when worn. It's a little faded, but still has plenty of life. It can be your lucky dress too! It is fully-lined in cotton. Dress fabric is 98% cotton, 2% spandex. Bust: 38" Waist: 31.75 Hips: open Length: 37"
