Adorable! In perfect condition — I wore it once, washed it on gentle and hung it to dry. 100% cotton, fully lined sleeveless Modcloth dress in a fun nautical pennant flag print. Has nice, deep on-seam pockets and great details — including turquoise fabric-covered buttons up the bodice and a matching turquoise belt. Great sailor vibes and bright colors on an off-white background. Also note: This DOES come with the included belt! I've seen other listings for this dress but with the belt missing. It's cute, you'll want it. Size is small, but I find it runs very slightly small (or just short). I would recommend for a size small who's on the shorter side (at 5'7", the waist hits a little too high on me, so the dress is tight around my ribs).
