This is a medium handkerchief dress from Modcloth in EUC. It features decorative buttons on the front (not functional), a v neck, ruffle sleeves, and a zip-up back. The color is primarily green, but it's also a multi-colored dress with designs of blue, magenta, yellow, black, and white. The outer and inner layers are both 100% polyester (outer layer appears to be chiffon). Flat measurements are approximately 17" pit-to-pit, 14" waist, 40" from the top of the dress to the top of the handkerchief, and 50" from the top of the dress to the longest part of the handkerchief. There is a tiny bit of give to the fabric, but it's not stretchy. I'm willing to include the necklace with the dress. My home is smoke-free but dog-friendly.
