Modcloth IXIA strapless fit and flare dress with a sweetheart neckline is always flattering. Black with white polka dots. Hidden side zipper. The size is a Medium but I generally wear a small so please check out the measurements. I wore this dress twice and it's still in excellent condition. 97% cotton/ 3% spandex. Measurements approx. laid flat: Chest - 14 1/2" Waist - 13 1/2" Length of skirt (from waist) - 16" Length down side - 24"
