@ewalters2018 hi! My apologies for a delayed response. It should- I have a 27 inch waist and my hips range 37-37.5 depending on the day and it fits me well. With those measurements it is not too tight so no unflattering areas. It nicely glides over the right areas! Also the strap length is adjustable.
