Excellent used condition. Purchased from Modcloth from UK designer Sugarhill Boutique. This is a fun navy dress featuring a pattern of milkshakes on a cap sleeve fit & flare silhouette. Fits beautifully and is very fun. Easy to wear with a belt and a sweater to transition to fall. Back zip and fully lined.
