Modcloth Polka Dot Midi Skirt, Size M

This is a cute, colorful skirt I purchased on Modcloth, a navy blue background with multi-colored polka-dots. It's a full, retro, midi style -- perfect for a wedding with a cute top, or can be dressed down.When I made an alteration to the waist (as shown in photos), I cut out the tag, so I don't know the original brand or size, but I'd say it's around a medium. As shown in the photos, the waist is currently approximately 15 in flat, and the skirt is 33.5 in long. The alteration is easily reversed, if desired, which would add a few inches to the waist. 97% Polyester, 3% Spandex
