@jht767 Hello! I'm pretty bad at measurements, but laying flat, armpit to armpit is 21" and the waist is 22 (front measurements). please keep in mind that the back is open so there is room for more or less depending on how it is worn. Also, I'm 5'11" and it's ankle length on me.
