Modcloth Sunny Girl Dilly Tally Dress in S

Great business casual 3/4 sleeve dress for work. Navy blue and white zig zag tally marks print. Belt included (see pics, it is definitely used but still has life left). Small hole on upper left back of dress (also see pic). Light fuzz on dress from washing as seen in pic with hole. I love this dress, sadly it is just too big for me now. Brand is Sunny Girl, sold at Modcloth. Size small. Original belt is a little rough, see pic. 95% Viscose, 5% Elastane. Back keyhole with button closure. Would recommend handwashing and airdrying.
