Modcloth Umgee maxi skirt

modcloth Umgee tiered maxi skirt. the waistband is simply elastic. left side has a ruched up seam with a tack (kinda asymmetrical, but hem hangs straight). bottom tier is light pink. skirt is knit and very flowy/lightweight. perfect like new condition.
