Modcloth Watercolor maxi dress

Beautiful multicolor empire (elastic) waist maxi dress. Fully lined, pullover style. There are a couple holes (lining at the bust and small hole at the hem) and loose stitches as shown in the photos, but they are barely noticeable unless you know to look for them and could be repaired with some basic sewing skills. This dress still has a lot of life left in it. Measurements (laying flat) Bust (pit to pit): 20” Waist (fully extended elastic): 19.5” Length (from waist seam): 42.5”
