This is a dress originally purchased from Modcloth. Has nice thick elastic fabric which is flattering to the figure and hides those little lumps and bumps. Is very stretchy and can fit a range of sizes and body types. Straps can be worn on or off shoulder. In perfect used condition, worn once. Skirt lands a few inches above the knee. Comes from pet-free and smoke-free home. Measurements: chest = 15” flat stretches to 22”, waist = 13-1/2” flat stretches to 21”, length = 33”.
