Beautiful sleeveless semi formal cocktail dress in a deep blue/navy. High neck with 3 button closure and keyhole back / slit opening underneath the buttons. Lined, with flowy skirt. Chiffon overlay is slightly longer than lining. Ruching detailing along the neckline and on the waist. Side zipper Hand wash line dry or dry clean. Original brand size tag was cut off because it was itchy, but care tag is still attached and also shows the size. Model in photo is a size 2 and 5'5 tall.
