Modcloth blue layered lace dress, size M

Modcloth layered lace cream blue grey Sleeveless dress, size M. NWT. The brand is “ traffic people”, I got it at modcloth a while ago but never got the chance to wear it. The length is approx. 39”, bust is approx. 13”. It has elastic band which can stretch to 15”, Waist 15”. Fit true to size on me. I usually wear size M, 32DD or 34 D chest, 27” waist, 5”2. The dress fits my bust and reaches approx. 3” below my knees. The material is nylon/ spandex blend. Unlined but the material is not thin.
