Modcloth blue teal open back dress

This dress has really pretty beading on the wrists, along with shear sleeves and a pleated skirt and self tie belt. The back is open, and shows just enough skin. The color is a darker teal, but can look blueish depending on the light. Bought from Modcloth, specific brand is “Double Zero.” Measurements were taken while laying flat.
