Modcloth charm convention (new wot) floral dress

Love love Love!! Size small but fits xs. Runs small. I’m 34B, size 2/4, and this is too small. I need just another inch or two for this to work. 😭😭😭 dress dimensions: 26 inch waist, 16 inch from pit to pit, 36 inch from shoulder to hem. No stretch. Would fit a size 0 best with no more than a 26 inch waist and a 32 bust. Very very cute. I was looking forward to this dress so much but it’s just not meant to be! Purchased on posh. :-(
