Modcloth convertible mini skirt

Body mini skirt by Sowl, purchased from Modcloth. Perfect condition, never worn, deep black color. Can leave top up or fold over (third photo). Fabric is super stretchy but still structured: 70% polyester, 25% rayon, 5% spandex. Size on tag is 30 but if you are 30 it will be super tight; I am a 28, and this fit me well--still fitted but not ridiculously tight. Length 19.5 in (middle waist seam 6 in from top); top of foldable waist piece: 13.75, waist 13.50, hips 15.75, bottom 14.75.
