Modcloth -esque Navy Polka Dot Dress

-Navy A-line dress with tan polka dots -tie around the back -pleats -size is S/M - measurements available upon request -Small wear and tear at seams of the tie on the sides (pictured) -a tear on the bottom in the back (pictured) - I never noticed it till taking these pictures so when it's on I don't think it's super obvious, but is probably easily fixable for a sewing whiz :)
