Modcloth hand in handicraft dress, size extra small. Very Small amount of stretch to the fabric. Worn only once or maybe twice. *******Sorry – no belt included. Lying flat, armpit to armpit, dress measures about 16 inches unstretched, 17 inches stretched but can accommodate larger due to the darts in the bust area. Waist measures about 13 inches. Length from top of shoulder seam to hem measures about 34.5 inches.
