nats92492 @diannadimambro I’m a 32E and a 28/29 inch waist and a 38/39 inch hip. There is a picture of me in my closet wearing a neon blue sports bra that I’m selling if that helps. I always have issues with tops. I need it to stay on in the ocean. Let me know if you need any other measurements. Also if you have any advice or tutorials on how to make a bikini or stuff like that. Not to sell but so I can fix the stuff I have so it will fit me again

diannadimambro @nats92492 so I use a serger! That’s the best for activewear. With sewing, the sewing part is easy but the pattern making isn’t. I can always make custom patterns online that I can download for you to print. With tutorials there’s this lady on YouTube called Edgewater Avenue who has cute styles & does a How-to with them.

diannadimambro @nats92492 but YouTube is your best bet! In the 5th photo that lady is a 34 DD & you can see how that fits on her. I can definitely do a E but if u dm me on Instagram I can show you different styles/ bikinis you can pick from that would be the best style to wear. (Shorewonders)

nats92492 I like my stuff and it’s as simple as adding a tiny bit more here and there. It’s literally that I’m an hourglass shape so boobs butt tiny waist and athletic and curves and abs and 5ft8. I got all the good stuff. But clothes never fit me. Bras and swim suits don’t fit. Dresses sometimes don’t either. It’s annoying and expensive. Or swimsuits won’t stay put

nats92492 So I’m tired of spending money on things that don’t function and even the things that are advertised as fitting my size don’t stay put. So I’m wondering if I’m just overly aware of my boobs or if I’m still not used to them. I developed late. So I’m just ranting cause I’m frustrated and miss my old bikinis

nats92492 @diannadimambro okay I will do some research. 😊sry for the rant. It’s just I have time right now to learn thus stuff and it would save me so much money. Even the guy I’m dating tried to fix one of my tops for me before we went to the beach with some boy scout knot. He said maybe I should try altering stuff.

diannadimambro @nats92492 I feel you 🥺 my issue when I first started was being a tiny waist but wide hips. So I got that hourglass thing but if I did a small it would did into my sides & a medium would look a size too big. I didn’t want to spend 70$ on a single regular bikini so I took up sewing & when I first started my brand the people who reached out to me the most are the ones that have bigger boobs but don’t fit the 36DD description.

diannadimambro @nats92492 Reach out on IG & I’ll show u different styles I recommend If u don’t like it, they can be returned! But I kid u not I have those same people shop with me because I’m able to customize it without charging $120 for something “custom made” & I’ve done a lot of requests for people that don’t fit standard sizing and gotten a lot of knowledge from the past years. I’d had times where people wanted me to cover more or wanted something altered a bit but if your not in a rush, it’s worth it

diannadimambro @nats92492 you can try altering your old tops! I don’t see how you would be able to add fabric your old tops but if you get a machine let me know and I can share via dm how to sew, places to go for supplies, and etc. Bikini fabric costs typically $9-14 per suit. It’s a lot less frustrating making a brand new suit than trying to repair a old one. Just dm me when u plan to take that leap & I promise you won’t be frustrated but super happy that you accomplished a cute design that u can wear out!
