Modern Cowgirl Tube Dress

Pair it up with a set cowboy boots and belt for a killer cute look. Super versatile. Stretchy fabric. Never worn. I bought it from a designer in Quebec a few years ago. Unfortunately it’s a tad too small for my chest. Listing it as a L but it will fit range of sizes. Can be worn as a dress, skirt, or scarf. Super comfortable fabric. I was told it was hand-dyed.
