Modern Full-Skirt Party Dress

NWT. Never worn, tried on once. I bought it too big and too late to return. Fits like a size 22. Very fun, modern little cocktail, date, or party dress. hits a little below the knee on me, I am 5'7" for reference. BooHoo brand. Fabric seems very durable like it will hold up well and keep its shape. I loved the structured yet sexy appeal of this style.
