Modern Miss Vintage Velvet & Feather Hat

Vintage hat purchased at an antique fair in the early 80's in California. Brand Modern Miss. Red and black feathers on a red velvet base. There are several loose feathers that need to be carefully placed and reglued. It's very fragile. Good condition considering it's age.
