Modern Soul women's M black and cream polka-dot skirt! A-line. Fitted top and fuller hem. Very flattering. My mom gave me this to sell, I don't think she ever wore it. Never seen her in a skirt. It's cute though!! She probably bought it on QVC. Happy to answer any questions :) Measurements: Waist - 14 inches across. Is elastic. Easily stretches to 16 1/2 inches across. Hips - 19 inches across. Material has stretch. Length from shoulder to hem - 24 inches. I'm 5'7" & XS. Big! Clipped on me!
