Modern artsy striped shirt dress with self tie waist, size L, but great for XS-L

This is a sleek, modern, minimalist, artsy black and white striped shirt dress with buttons and self tie waist. Is sleeveless, but has a cool, boxy sleeve cut. Silky type material, no stains or flaws. I wore this open as a tunic over shirt and pants to dress it up for work, or over leggings as a dress! Labeled a size L, but great for XS-L (I am an XS).
