Modernized Vintage Dress

Cute floral 80’s dress modified by a taylor. Shoulder pads were removed, was shortened to a slightly below knee length with the back a few inches longer than the front. Waist is a little stretchy in the back but not in the front so please see photos for measurements. Front waist buttons were replaced with snap buttons shown in photo. Material is soft and light. Colors are best represented in the pics with the tape measure.
