Modest Black Button Down Pencil Skirt

This is a stretchy button down pencil skirt with elastic waist. The buttons are non-functioning. I have only worn this once or twice and it has otherwise been hanging up. You can see there are indents from the hanger. Waist is aprx 14” and length is aprx 31” it just doesn’t fit as snuggly as I would like. I sized up to a medium thinking I would like that fit better.
