Modest Navy Polka Dot Midi

This is a cute navy and white polka dot midi dress with elastic waist and tie bow. The buttons are not functioning but the tie bow is. It is hard to get a picture of it but I tried my best. It has a very vintage feel to this dress and looks great with a bold red lip! TTS small. Length aprx. 44”
