Modest Navy and White Stripe Pencil Skirt

This is a stretchy pencil skirt that I love. I just got a longer version to replace this one. It is navy and white with an elastic waist. The tag lists XS but I have marked it as a small because it is much more of a true size small than XS (trust me- I’m usually a small sometimes medium). Waist is aprx 14” and length is aprx 23.5”
