This dress is fantastic. The enbroidery is very beautiful. Bell sleeves. V neck. hippy boho style. Excellent condition and quality. There is a tie at the high waist. Size medium, pit to pit flat measurement is 21.5". sleeves are 17" Top to bottom length is 34".
