ivy_marieanna this dress has been altered by over an inch at the top, I know bc I own this dress and have owned several varieties of this exact dress for 14 yrs. The dress does not have a white stitching at the top nor does the dress start with the polkadot tube top - this changes the tube top of the dress greatly and the length, this would be more of a juvenile fit now not an adult xs.

sagehundgen @ivy_marieanna no actually. This dress hasn’t been altered at all, you can even look at other sellers selling the same piece if you would like. I always note if a piece has been altered in any way. So this does fit exactly as they intended for an xs to fit. Thanks
