ipalmer267 @chihuahuamom83 Thank you for your interest! I personally can not. Our personal expertise is mounting/setting, not sizing. Due to this stone's size and shape this is the only setting we were able to find. It can be remounted, easily, in a possible custom setting but we do not create the settings themselves OR a jeweler should be able to size it, since it is sterling silver, but I believe they recommend no more than a 2 size difference (I think*). I am sorry.

chihuahuamom83 @ipalmer267 wear a size 5 or a size 7 and yes like that unless you can find one that has small stones on the side or something that’s not much different in cost

ipalmer267 @chihuahuamom83 ok, I can have this exact setting made again for either size 5 or 7. It will arrive by June 3rd. It would take 1-2 days to set, if the new mount is in fact the perfect match again. I will make a listing just for you and will ship within 2 business days once the ring is created.

ipalmer267 @chihuahuamom83 I am going out of town June 5th-7th so if the mount is late, I can't have the ring created and shipped until after the 7th, when we return. The cost would be $60, since the old mount will have to be destroyed (rather I won't reuse it due to weaked prongs) to removed the stone.

ipalmer267 @chihuahuamom83 I am unsure tbh. Gold is much more expensive than silver but I don't know the exact amount. We don't work with gold because of it's softness.
