Molly B polka dot skirt Y2K Preppy

This is a cute polka dot skirt. It has a couple small spots on the ribbon belt. I think it still looks cute as a button. The tag says size 2. It measures 13.5" across the waist. 18.5" flat across at the middle of the skirt. 19.5" flat across the bottom. It is 15" long down the middle.
