Molly Bracken dress w/ mini shrug

Cute, flirty, mini dress by Molly Bracken. Fun shopping themed print, chiffon type sheer flowy skirt, layered frilly upper with cotton back and adjustable straps. Super cute sheer mini shrug with polka dots, frilly edge and bow detail on back. Brand new without tags, tried on but didn't fit in the chest. Sizing tag says free size, has a very stretchy, non binding empire waist, but definitely made for smaller chest size.
