Mom & Me Smocked Seed Pearls Corduroy Dress

Sweet blue & white winter dress that my daughter called the “Elsa church dress” ❄️! Beautiful little seed pearls decorate the collar. Corduroy material is soft. There are 2 places of discoloration I tried to point out with arrows on picture. They honestly disappear into the folds of the dress.
