Mon Cheri beaded tulle A-line wedding gown, store sample, sz 18

Bust: 49" Waist: 39" Maximum hip: 54" Waist to hem: 46" Beaded English tulle gown, lined front bodice and unlined straps and back. Gentle A-line, very soft. Light beige lining. Beaded throughout bodice, medium-length train. Illusion mesh in sides. This was a store sample, tags still attached. In fair condition, some loose/missing beads (repairable), small hole near edge of hem (unfortunately not repairable but very small and likely to be hemmed off depending on your height - see picture). Mesh in bodice is a bit stretched out from being tried on. Original price $800. Please compare your measurements to those listed: most people wear at least 2 sizes larger than they think they do in formal dresses!
