apendarvis @hgkittykat25 Honestly it’s more like a flaw from when it was made the more I look at it. That part of the bag feels like felt and that part kind of flaps up, but will lay flat. It doesn’t go all the way through to the other side and it’s not very big. Let me know if you have anymore questions!
