Monaco sheer long sleeve leather trimmed top

Fashion forward designer blouse with leather trim, gold rings and gold diamond shaped embellishments. Adjustable neckline, elastic waistband and dolman sleeves. Feathers and beads on adjustable drawstring! Approximate length is 25” but is but is adjustable with elastic bottom. Size tag is missing but mannequin wears size 2-4. Estimating top fits size small or medium because it is blouson! Excellent condition. Only worn one time!
