@lysasblessed It’s navy blue — they only make a blue one I believe. There are no tears or pulls but the material is wrinkly / raised in certain areas given the material composition. Will post another photo.
They market it as a rain jacket — it’s more like a wind breaker.

@lysasblessed If you stare closely, it has texture from wear and re-drying from rain (shown in the video). Hard to rate on a scale but the price — $100s cheaper than retail — reflects that it’s been used and in good condition.
