Bust waist hip measurements? Stretch? Largest recommended bra size for optimal fit?

@mtjl A size Small is listed as a 33bust, 30waist/hip on the site I ourchased it from. It is really loose on me in the bust area and I'm a 30bust. Its also stretchy and on the thinner side so anything worn under should be nude in color.
