Monika Chiang silk blouse

Royal blue silk loose blouson-style. It blouses at waist, falls just to waist; doesn’t tuck in. Deep v, tie neck. There is a tiny hole in the back, pictured with my fingernail for scale. Otherwise, in good condition.
