Gorgeous tea length mullti layered tulle cocktail/formal dress from Monique Lhuillier. Built in corset bra on top, gorgeous flattering gathered V neck and back. Nipped waist withh optional jeweled belt. Top layer is dark navy or blackk hard to tell, bottom layers are purpled. Has some foundational layers like a petticoat t for perfect fullness. Tried on but has tags and is like new. Small run in top layer shown in photo not noticeable when worn.
