regenjs Hi, are the feathers still intact? Also, I’m 5’2”. I have a great seamstress. Do you think it could be taken in and hemmed? Or would that reduce the amount of feathers by a lot? Thank you!

buff0123 @regenjs hi the feathers are almost perfect, considering the dress is about 17 years old. Taking it in will be easy but hemming it would lose some feathers . I would recommend maybe pulling the “skirt “ part of the dress so shortening the bottom portion from the waist. Hope that helps.
